Yazzyd - 12 years old

Well now all the chemotherapy and radiotherapy is over, things have kinda got worse.

My mum was diagnosed with lung cancer last November and I found it really difficult to cope. And one of the first things we found out was that she would never get better. Anyway the chemotherapy started and soon her hair began to fall out. And she became so annoyed that she decided to shave it off instead, this made me, mum and dad cry.

After that radiotherapy started and this was very painful for mum. Some nights she would be sick others she wouldn't sleep. You see halfway during chemotherapy they found out that she had cancer in 4 other places, eg lower back, upper back, neck and another in the lung. But they cant cut it out the lung as it was under her breathing pipe.

Well now all the chemotherapy and radiotherapy is over, things have kinda got worse. The cancer has cleared from her back and lung and neck but her entire left pelvis is covered in cancer as well as a spot on her skull and knee. The doctors say she has up to a year to live but we will have to see whats next. I blame myself for this as I stress my mum out a lot though I don't mean to sometimes. Anyway this is the story of my life. x
