Young carers looking after someone with cancer

Young people talk about their experience when a loved one had cancer and we hear from a CAST Macmillan Young Carers Schools Coordinator.

In this short film from Macmillan Cancer Support, June, who is a CAST Macmillan Young Carers Schools Coordinator, and young carers Ryan, Ellie, Jak, Rima and Siana discuss the challenges young carers face and the importance of getting support.

They talk about some of the things they worried about when their loved one had cancer, the importance of school and friends and other help they received, including their local young carers service.

You can watch the video on YouTube from this link.
