When a parent has cancer you may feel a mixture of emotions that can leave you feeling quite confused sometimes. Although you may feel very mixed up and unsettled, it may help to know that this is a very normal reaction.

The stories in this section relate to feeling confused but they may also relate to many other emotions. Because the stories are real and written by riprap users they reflect the situation of that person at the time when writing the story. You may find the same story in another emotion section if we feel that it is relevant there as well.

If You are feeling confused, you may find comfort in reading stories in this section to help you feeling less alone. However, you should maybe read stories in other sections as well so that you don’t increase your sense of confusion by only reading stories that relates to that feeling.
